They are my first call when on a parts hunt. I just drive out back take off all the parts I need on my own and haul them up front and we "negotiate" a price. Because I have and use 3 older combines, they know me by my first name. I deal with the Sikeston Mo location, they're only about 30 miles from me. Like hinfarm said, they aren't always the best with phone calls, but they will get what you need and it will usually be what you are looking for. The Black Creek store is just up the road from us and we haven't really had many issues. They had no problem at all with refunding my money. If you keep track of who you talk to and have your paperwork for the transaction, you should be good. As far as warranty stuff goes, I have never had to claim warranty with any of the parts I have bought.
